Because every order is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final and we don't offer returns, refunds, or replacements once your order has been produced. Please double-check your boat name, spelling, colors, and size before ordering. Custom orders receive an email proof, and production begins only after you approve it. If your order arrives damaged in shipping, email john@nameyourboat.com or call 818-625-2656 within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you to make it right.
